Guest House Biffi Simone - Florence

This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a tv. The staff even helped me with currency tips during my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable experience! I'm coming back for a new year.

We thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Everything was nice, personnel was very polite. It had a great location short walk to main train station, Florence and the attractions. A few times we ate at Overlook Grill, located not too far from the hotel. The guest room was fantastic, included a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a secure area, so close to centrale station or 8euro and great restaurants, cafes and gelato places nearby and sightseeing. The staff were amicable and flexible, helped with any issues. The room was modern, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a clean bathroom...

Not exactly what I expected

The location is fantastic, and the communal kitchenette is a great convenience for long stays.

The mattress was a bit saggy and the bathroom was quite small,, but the fixtures were elegant.

the staff are helpful and really good. new-fashioned stylish rooms, they are provided with fridge, good wifi plus aircon.

We were there for 3 days, everything was very good, appreciated its excellent location very close to Duomo, clean room, updated bathroom, and centrale station or 8euro.

The mattress was saggy and uncomfortable. The thin and worn towels left much to be desired. The street noise was even worse, with loud voices keeping me awake until the early morning hours.

Clean, well-decorated rooms with private bathrooms. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the big cathedral, surrounded by fantastic eateries.

The noise from the street outside was bothersome at night, with loud voices lingering until nearly 3:30 AM. Towels were thin and worn, barely usable, and the use of wire hangers felt outdated. The check-in process could definitely use improvement. It took too long to figure out how to access the place.

I almost thought of giving this place a good review, but just couldn't. The towels were practically rags, and the lack of daily housekeeping is unacceptable. As someone who expects a little more, i was also disappointed no one offered me an upgrade despite my numerous requests, but I guess that's too much to ask, isn't it?

Efficient check-in, clean shared facilities, ample local dining options, a wonderful choice for solo travelers.

Guest House Biffi Simone is in a perfect location in Florence, just minutes away from the Duomo and surrounded by lovely restaurants. The owner was caring and ensured a fresh, clean environment that appears recently updated. The convenience of a fridge in the guest house is a great touch, especially with a supermarket just 30 meters away. I will definitely return here.

A small table in the communal area would be beneficial.

Room was really nice! I liked the private bathroom with a shower, heating, and a tv. The bed was comfy and had non-feather pillows. The place was super clean with fresh linen and towels. Great having air conditioning! There's a fridge in the community kitchen too. Love the location, just a few mins from the Duomo!
